Terms of Service
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members in connection with the use of Trip Builder (the “Service”). This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the basic matters regarding the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and members, as well as the conditions and procedures for using the Service.
Article 2 (Use of the Service)
Through the Service, members can create travel itineraries, save places, and keep posts. The Company strives to provide a stable service and may change part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons.
Article 3 (Member Obligations)
Members must comply with applicable laws and these terms, and must not infringe on the rights of others or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Article 4 (Content)
Rights to content such as posts and itineraries saved by a member belong to that member. The Company uses such content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service.
Article 5 (Prohibited Content and Restriction of Use)
Members must not post or share objectionable content (such as obscene material, hateful or discriminatory expressions, defamation of others, or spam). The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy to such content and to abusive users. Members may report shared content or block other users, and the Company reviews reports within 24 hours of receipt, removes violating content, and may restrict the offending member’s use of the Service, including account suspension.
Article 6 (Termination)
Members may terminate the service agreement at any time by deleting their account from the settings screen. Upon withdrawal, the member’s data is handled in accordance with applicable laws.
