개인정보처리방침
본 방침은 트립빌더(이하 ‘회사’)가 제공하는 트립빌더 서비스에 적용됩니다. 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 보호합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 및 이용 목적

수집한 정보는 위 목적과 서비스 제공·개선, 고객 문의 응대 목적으로만 이용되며, 그 외의 목적으로는 이용하지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기
회사는 개인정보 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 회사는 회원의 계정 정보(이메일, 이름·닉네임, 프로필 이미지, 소셜 로그인 식별자) 및 회원이 저장한 장소·일정·게시물 데이터를 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보관이 요구되는 정보는 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.
파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구가 불가능한 방식으로 영구 삭제합니다. 오류·충돌 진단 정보는 서비스 안정성 분석 목적 달성 후 또는 외부 처리업체의 보관 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
회사는 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 관계 법령에 의하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 외부 서비스 제공자가 필요한 범위에서 데이터를 처리하도록 하며, 각 제공자는 해당 목적 범위 내에서만 정보를 처리합니다.

회원이 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인하는 경우, 인증은 각 제공자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 앱 내 제휴 배너·버튼을 통해 외부 서비스로 이동하는 경우, 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 함께 전달하지 않으며, 이동 이후의 처리는 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
4. 이용자의 권리
회원은 언제든지 본인의 개인정보를 조회·수정하거나 처리 정지·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 회원 탈퇴는 앱 내 설정 화면에서 직접 진행할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 위 '보관 및 파기' 항목에 따라 데이터가 지체 없이 삭제됩니다. 앱을 이용할 수 없는 경우, 가입 시 등록한 이메일 주소에서 teamtripbuilder@gmail.com 으로 계정·데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 등록된 이메일과 일치하는 요청에 한해 처리됩니다.
5. 쿠키 및 분석 도구
회사는 홈페이지(www.tripbuilder.co.kr) 및 앱의 이용 현황을 파악하고 서비스를 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics 4와 Google Tag Manager를 사용합니다. 홈페이지에서는 쿠키를 통해 방문 경로, 페이지 조회, 기기·브라우저 정보 등이 수집되고, 앱에서는 분석 SDK를 통해 앱 이용 기록과 앱 설치 식별자 등이 수집되며, 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
쿠키 저장을 원하지 않으시면 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 다만 이 경우 홈페이지 일부 기능의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
홈페이지 ‘도입 문의’ 폼으로 보내주신 내용은 문의 응대를 위해 Google Sheets에 저장되고 담당자에게 Slack으로 전달됩니다. 문의 처리 및 상담 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기하며, 관계 법령에 따라 보관이 요구되는 경우 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.

Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Trip Builder service provided by Trip Builder (the “Company”). The Company values members’ personal information and protects it safely in accordance with applicable laws. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

The collected information is used only for the purposes above, as well as providing and improving the Service and responding to customer inquiries. It is not used for any other purpose.
2. Retention and Destruction
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved.
Upon account withdrawal, the Company deletes the member’s account information (email, name/nickname, profile image, social login identifier) and the places, itineraries, and posts they saved, without delay. Information that must be retained under applicable laws is stored separately for the period prescribed by law and then destroyed.
Destruction method: information in electronic file form is permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner. Error and crash diagnostic information is deleted after the purpose of service reliability analysis has been achieved, or in accordance with the retention policy of the external processor.
3. Provision to Third Parties and Processing Consignment
As a rule, the Company does not sell or provide members’ personal information to third parties, except where required by law or upon a lawful request from an investigative authority.
To operate the Service, the Company allows the following external service providers to process data only to the extent necessary, each within the scope of its purpose:

When a member signs in with a Google or Apple account, authentication is handled in accordance with each provider’s privacy policy. When you navigate to an external service through a partner banner or button in the app, the Company does not transmit your personal information along with you, and any subsequent processing is governed by that provider's privacy policy.
4. Your Rights
You may access or correct your personal data, or request that its processing be suspended or that it be deleted, at any time. You can delete your account directly from the in-app settings screen; upon account deletion, your data is deleted without undue delay in accordance with the "Data Retention and Destruction" section above. If you are unable to use the app, you may request deletion of your account and data by emailing teamtripbuilder@gmail.com from the email address you registered at sign-up. Requests are processed only when they match the registered email address.
5. Cookies and Analytics Tools
The Company uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the website (www.tripbuilder.co.kr) and the app are used and to improve the Service. On the website, cookies are used to collect information such as referral paths, page views, and device and browser information; in the app, app usage records and an app installation identifier are collected through the analytics SDK. No information that directly identifies an individual is collected.
If you do not want cookies to be stored, you can block or delete them in your browser settings. Some features of the website may then be unavailable.
Content you send through the website “Contact” form is stored in Google Sheets and delivered to our staff via Slack so that we can respond. It is destroyed without delay once the purpose of handling and responding to the inquiry has been achieved; where retention is required under applicable laws, it is stored separately for the prescribed period and then destroyed.
