이용약관
본 약관은 트립빌더(이하 ‘서비스’)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 회원이 서비스를 이용함에 있어 회사와 회원의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 이용조건 및 절차 등 기본적인 사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 이용)
회원은 서비스를 통해 여행 일정을 만들고, 장소를 저장하며, 게시물을 보관할 수 있습니다. 회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력하며, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 일부를 변경할 수 있습니다.
제3조 (회원의 의무)
회원은 관계 법령, 본 약관의 규정을 준수하여야 하며, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제4조 (콘텐츠)
회원이 저장한 게시물·일정 등의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회원에게 있습니다. 회사는 서비스 제공 목적 범위 내에서만 이를 이용합니다.
제5조 (계약 해지)
회원은 언제든지 설정 화면에서 회원 탈퇴를 통해 이용계약을 해지할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 회원의 데이터는 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.

Terms of Service
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members in connection with the use of Trip Builder (the “Service”). This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the basic matters regarding the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and members, as well as the conditions and procedures for using the Service.
Article 2 (Use of the Service)
Through the Service, members can create travel itineraries, save places, and keep posts. The Company strives to provide a stable service and may change part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons.
Article 3 (Member Obligations)
Members must comply with applicable laws and these terms, and must not infringe on the rights of others or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Article 4 (Content)
Rights to content such as posts and itineraries saved by a member belong to that member. The Company uses such content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service.
Article 5 (Termination)
Members may terminate the service agreement at any time by deleting their account from the settings screen. Upon withdrawal, the member’s data is handled in accordance with applicable laws.
