Hyundai Dream Tour THT manages flights for Hyundai Group employees and external corporate clients. Unlike general OTAs, the workflow needed company-specific travel policies, group bookings, expense-ready receipts, and clean change/cancel paths — all at once.
Operators previously worked directly with GDS and airline systems. THT needed a self-service channel where employees could search and book on their own.
